Terms of Service

By commissioning me and paying the invoice, you are agreeing to these terms. If you have questions, feel free to ask me.

    ⊹ Both parties agree to keep sensitive information private.
    ⊹ I have the right to reject your request without justifying.
    ⊹ I will ignore requests without order form!
    ⊹ All commissions are digital only.✦ Payments
    ⊹ I do not accept any cryptocurrency as payment!
    ⊹ All orders require PREPAY. I expect full payment upfront.
    ⊹ Character sheet commissions can be done half up front and half after completion.
    ⊹ Complicated designs and props will increase the price depending on complexity!✦ Refunds and Cancellation
    ⊹ I will let you know in advance before I start your commission.
    ⊹ A full refund is only applicable before any work has been done.
    ⊹ No matter when you cancel you will receive the art of the corresponding work step.
    ⊹ Sketch - 75% refund, Lines/Flats etc. - 50% refund, Near complete/ complete - No refund✦ Rights and Permissions
    ⊹ You are not allowed to mint/sell the commission for NFT and use it for AI training!
    ⊹ I have the right to post the final work on my SNS, unless discussed otherwise.
    ⊹ Reposting requires permission and linking back to my Twitter account.
    ⊹ The artwork is for personal use only, unless discussed otherwise.
    ⊹ You aren't allowed to alter/edit any requested art from me without my permission.✦ Process and Revisions
    ⊹ Work process may take between 1 day to 3 months.
    ⊹ I have the right to extend the work time. This will be clearly stated beforehand.
    ⊹ Minor revisions may be requested at any point in the process.
    ⊹ Major revisions may only be requested during the sketching phase.
    ⊹ Once the commission is finished and finalized, you cannot ask for any other changes.
    ⊹ If you don’t give me a specific pose, description, etc. then I’ll draw however I see it fits.
